A preventive maintenance program will be provided within 10 days of signing the contract. The PPM will be carried out for electrical and plumbing fixtures, and air-conditioning units.

Thoroughly document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution to enable the organization to improve its overall functionality and efficiency. Work collaboratively with stakeholders as well as vendors and assume responsibility as primary contact or personnel in charge of all the project-related activities throughout the entire project life cycle including system decommissioning at end of the project.
